Our Mission

It’s all in the name. The S.A.N.D Foundation— Sunshine Area NextGen Dreamers: Making dreams a reality for the next generation.

Our mission is to support all youth athletes, musicians, artists, and their families within our communities in being able to participate in all their endeavors at every level regardless of any barriers. We are a fundraising and volunteer organization focused on making dreams a reality for every child. From the veteran leaders to the newest members, we all volunteer together to make our fundraising goals a reality to help as many kids and families as possible within our communities.


We have built a solid reputation within the community for supporting families and working with local venues and groups to raise money and build partnerships for our foundation.

What We’ve Achieved

  • Over the past year, more than a quarter of a million dollars has been raised to support our kids.

  • Partnering with LiveNation at venues like Raymond James Stadium and the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre has contributed significantly to our fundraising efforts.

  • Collaborations with other organizations at venues such as Amalie Arena help generate additional funds for the foundation.

  • Local festivals, including the Innings Festival and Sunset Music Festival, among others, also play a vital role in our fundraising initiatives.

  • Some of our older youth have been given opportunities to volunteer at venues, allowing them to raise their own money to pursue their dream goals.

  • A strong, responsible, and fun sense of family and camaraderie is fostered within the organization, contributing to a solid reputation in the community.
